Installation Notes
This is a direct spin-on replacement that threads right onto your existing filter head. Apply a thin film of clean diesel fuel to the gasket before installation to ensure proper sealing. Hand-tighten only three-quarters turn after the gasket contacts the mounting surface—over-tightening can damage the seal and cause leaks.
