Description
If you’ve dealt with spray drift hitting sensitive crops or your neighbor’s property, you know how costly and frustrating that can be. This Airmix Off Center nozzle tackles that problem head-on by creating larger, heavier droplets that stay where you put them. The off-center design gives you that wide 110-degree coverage while the airmix technology pulls air into the spray stream for better drift control.
What You’re Getting
- Excellent drift control that keeps your chemicals where they belong
- Wide 110-degree spray angle covers more ground with fewer passes
- Off-center design perfect for boom applications and uneven terrain
- Works great at 20-60 PSI so you can dial in the right pressure for your conditions
- Durable poly construction that handles chemicals and weather without breaking down
Built for Real Farm Work
This nozzle shines on broadcast sprayers where you need wide, even coverage for herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers. The off-center pattern works especially well on booms where you want good overlap without creating hot spots. Whether you’re spraying post-emergent herbicide in corn or applying fungicide to soybeans, this nozzle delivers consistent results.
Made to Last
The poly construction stands up to the chemicals you’re spraying and won’t corrode like metal tips can. The airmix design means fewer moving parts to wear out, and the orifice stays true to size longer than standard flat fan tips. You’ll get season after season of reliable performance.
Good to Know
The red color makes it easy to spot size 04 nozzles during setup and maintenance. Keep your pressure between 20-60 PSI for best results—too low and you won’t get good air induction, too high and you’ll start creating smaller droplets again. Clean with a soft brush and avoid poking metal objects through the orifice.
