Description
When your implement needs to work at extreme angles—think steep hillsides, tight turns, or implements that follow ground contours—regular universal joints just can’t handle the job without vibration and premature wear. This 50-degree constant velocity joint lets you run at angles that would shake a standard driveline to pieces, keeping power smooth and steady no matter what terrain you’re covering.
What You’re Getting
- 50-degree operating angle capability for extreme working conditions
- Constant velocity design eliminates vibration and power fluctuation
- Two implement yokes included—1-1/4 inch round with 1/4 inch keyway and shear pin hole, plus 1 inch round with 1/4 inch keyway
- Series 14 construction handles moderate power applications
- Weasler quality means consistent performance season after season
Built for Challenging Work
This CV joint shines when you’re running implements that need to follow terrain closely—mowers on ditches and slopes, tillers working uneven ground, or any equipment where the driveline operates at severe angles. The different yoke sizes let you match up with various implement input shafts, making this a versatile solution for multiple pieces of equipment.
Made to Last
Weasler builds these CV joints to handle the stress of extreme angle operation without the constant acceleration and deceleration that destroys regular U-joints. The precision-machined components maintain smooth power transfer while the robust construction stands up to the punishment of real farm work in challenging conditions.
Installation Notes
The shear pin hole in the 1-1/4 inch yoke provides overload protection for your equipment. Make sure to use the correct shear pin strength for your application—too weak and you’ll be replacing pins constantly, too strong and expensive parts break instead. The different bore sizes give you flexibility to match existing implement shafts without modifications.
