Description
When you’re connecting your PTO driveline to implements, you need a yoke that won’t let you down in the middle of cutting hay or running that brush hog. If you’ve ever had a PTO yoke fail in the middle of haying season, you know how fast a simple part can shut down your whole operation. This Series 6 implement yoke is built for reliable power transfer, with a 3/4 inch round bore that slides right onto your implement’s input shaft and stays put through season after season of hard work.
What You’re Getting
- Weasler doesn’t mess around – their yokes are forged tough and machined to tight tolerances for lasting durability
- Precision 3/4 inch round bore with 3/16 inch keyway for secure, positive drive connection
- The bearing surfaces are ground smooth and the cross assembly is built to handle the constant speed changes and angles that come with real field work
- Series 6 cross and bearing design handles 40-80 horsepower applications without being overkill
Built for Real Farm Work
This Series 6 yoke is right at home on implements like smaller rotary cutters, tedders, rakes, and other PTO equipment that doesn’t need the beef of a Series 7 or 8. It’s perfect for those 40-80 horsepower tractors running lighter implements where a Series 5 might be too small. You’ll find these on everything from 5-foot brush hogs to hay tedders, anywhere you need reliable power transfer without overkill.
Made to Last
This isn’t a hardware store universal joint that’ll leave you stranded – it’s agricultural grade all the way through. The 31/32 inch bearing caps and 2-9/32 inch cross length are built to handle the punishment of daily farm use, from the constant starts and stops to the changing angles as you work uneven ground.
Installation Notes
Installation is straightforward if you know what you’re doing. Slide the yoke onto your implement’s 3/4 inch square shaft and secure it with the appropriate hardware (usually a bolt through the shaft). Make sure you’ve got the right series match – this Series 6 needs to mate with other Series 6 components for proper fit. The measurements are important: that 2-1/2 inch center-to-end distance needs to work with your driveline length. Always grease the cross and bearings before first use and check them regularly during busy seasons.
